Current Projects

Below are a selection of our current projects.

Cavalry Crescent

Cavalry Crescent is an innovative and highly sustainable new affordable housing development in Eastbourne to help meet local housing needs, incorporating a mixture of 6 terraced houses (3/4 bed) and 14 apartments (1/2 bed), including adapted and accessible homes.

Client: Eastbourne Borough Council

Streatfeild House, Southview Drive, Uckfield

Streatfeild House was originally a retirement living scheme which is now being developed into 20 affordable general needs homes, made up of 4 flats and 16 houses. The development will take a fabric first approach to reduce energy use, CO2 emissions and running costs. It will utilise ASHP and PV panels. The properties all feature private gardens and parking spaces. The woodland area to the South of the site has been retained and will be enhanced to improve biodiversity.

Client: Wealden District Council

Knoll House, Ingram Crescent West, Hove

Knoll House was a Council-owned residential care home which was no longer fit for purpose. In its place we are building a new modern part 3, part 4 storey block providing 28 supported living apartments, with associated communal space and accommodation for staff who will provide 24-hour on-site care. The development will take a fabric first approach to reduce energy use, CO2 emissions and running costs. It will have ASHP, a green roof and PV panels, which will be directly linked to each flat using an innovative system called SolShare. To improve a community feel, there will be a communal roof terrace for all residents and visitors to access.

Client: Brighton & Hove City Council
