Argentum, Hove
Argentum is a collection of luxury apartments housed in a striking building on the coast road, directly opposite the beach in Hove. There is a selection of 33 two and three bedroom apartments, providing all the features of modern living from flexible open-plan living spaces with contemporary designed kitchens to spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.

Gradino, Hove
Gradino is a development of 52 one, two and three bedroom contemporary apartments, which have been created with a forward-thinking agenda for sustainability, inclusivity and comfort. The development is located within central Hove close to the city centre and with easy access to the seafront. Although close to public transport, there is an underground car park for some residents to utilise.

The Glenn, Eastbourne
The Glenn’s previous occupation was a council car park situated in Eastbourne town centre near to the train station. Due to the local housing need, it was developed into 19 innovative and highly sustainable affordable homes for rent. These are made up of 1 and 2 bedroom flats, including adapted and accessible flats for wheelchair users.

Cart Barn Place, Heathfield
Cart Barn, originally a single residential dwelling, has now been developed into 15 affordable homes for rent, made up of 7 houses and 8 flats. The properties all feature private outside space in the form of gardens or balconies.

Vineyards Close, Washington
Vineyards Close is a quality development set in the heart of popular West Sussex. The development consists of 12 houses and 4 apartments with a mix of garages and parking spaces. This site offers a versatile range of accommodation finished to a very high standard with electric vehicle charging points and other thoughtful features throughout.

Tollgates, Battle
This development consisted of 63 homes ranging from detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses and bungalows with a mix of garages and parking spaces. Each house has their own gardens and near to the entrance of the site a natural communal play area was created. This site was awarded as winner of the ‘Bricks Site Recognition Award’.

Aurum, Hove
Aurum is a stunning development of prestigious seafront apartments and penthouses. Perfectly positioned on Hove Seafront, offering contemporary living. Lower Lodge Farm, Ringmer
Lower Lodge Farm was a development consisting of 30 stunning homes in the popular village of Ringmer in Sussex. These include 22 for shared ownership, featuring a mix of houses and apartments. The remaining 8 houses were for affordable rent. All the homes have their own gardens as well as access to the woodland walkway created next to the natural open space. This site was a regional winner for the LABC ‘Building Excellence Awards’ 2022 for the Best Small Social Housing Development.

Dittons Road, Stone Cross
This development comprised of 44 homes where the dwelling mix was designed to respond to the requirements of the local housing need. The buildings are framed by significant soft landscaping in front garden areas and on the public footpath.

Woodpecker View, Crowborough
This site was the former Council Depot in Jarvis Brook, which was then developed into 34 units in total with a mix of 26 houses and 8 flats. This development was awarded ‘Best Small Development’ in the 2021 First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.

Old Rectory, High Street, Burwash
This stunning development offers attractive affordable rent and shared ownership options in a prominent, picturesque village in East Sussex.
