Specialising in developments of fifteen to seventy houses and apartments
Trinity Homes, established in 2003, specialise in new build residential developments. Our portfolio spans towns, villages and several rural exception sites, throughout Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
We are a proven contract developer for other housebuilders and Housing Associations and offer an experienced, flexible approach. Key to this is our team which comprises skilled and knowledgeable Directors, staff and consultants. We have a long established network of subcontractors and suppliers with whom we enjoy a highly successful working relationship.
Our success relies upon the quality of our finish. We pride ourselves on meticulous attention to detail to deliver this consistently across every property we work upon. Add to this carefully selected fittings and materials, underpinned by sound construction, and you have a Trinity Home which comes with a minimum ten year warranty.
Trinity Homes is a member of Constructionline and the Considerate Constructors Scheme and employs a dedicated specialist consultant to oversee Health & Safety across each of our developments.
For examples of our developments please refer to our Projects section or contact Marcus Cory for more information.
Net Carbon Zero
We have always taken a fabric first approach, which prioritises design and construction in order to maximise the performance of the components and materials, whilst minimising the need for heating and cooling.
However, we are taking the next step to tackle and adapt to the current climate crisis by achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2050. We have already begun our plan by eliminating gas boilers and replacing them with heat pumps on a number of our current projects as well as our fabric first approach.
Trinity Homes has a proven track record as a contract developer for Housing Associations and other housebuilders operating in the south east, including, Wealden District Council, Eastbourne Homes, Brookworth Homes, Optivo (formerly Amicus Horizon), Saxon Weald, Southern Housing Group Ltd and Cayuga Developments.
We are actively seeking land for redevelopment, including greenfield and brownfield sites, with or without planning permission.
As an experienced development company, Trinity Homes creates individually designed schemes to respect the environment, community and local area.
